摘  要:采用三氟甲基苯硫醚作为电解液成膜添加剂,研究添加剂对高电压钴酸锂/石墨电池性能的影响。充放电测试结果表明,1%的三氟甲基苯硫醚显著提高了高电压钴酸锂/石墨电池的循环稳定性。电池在1C倍率下经过100圈循环后的容量保持率从75.4%提高至86.9%。分别研究添加剂对钴酸锂和石墨电极循环前后表面形貌和组份的影响,结果表明三氟甲基苯硫醚能同时在钴酸锂正极和石墨负极表面形成保护膜,有效抑制电解液的分解,提高电极材料结构稳定性,从而提高钴酸锂/石墨电池的循环稳定性。In this paper,trifluoromethylphenylsulfide(PTS)as electrolyte film forming additive was proposed.The influence of additive on the performance of high voltage LiCoO_2/graphite cell was investigated.Charge/discharge test demonstrates that PTS greatly improves the cyclic stability of high voltage LiCoO_2/graphite cell.The capacity retention of the cell increases from 75.4% to 86.9% after 100 cycles at 1C.The influence of PTS on the interfacial morphology and composition of LiCoO_2 and graphite electrodes after cycling were investigated subsequently.The results indicate that the decomposition of PTS generates protective film on the cathode and anode surface.This film effectively suppresses the decomposition of electrolyte and improves the structural stability of LiCoO_2,and so as to improve the cyclic stability of high voltage LiCoO_2/graphite cell.
