摘 要:为考察不同基因型小麦苗期抗旱性表现,挖掘小麦抗旱种质资源,筛选评价小麦抗旱性的有效指标,以84份小麦种质为材料,利用聚乙二醇(PEG6000)模拟干旱胁迫条件,考察干旱胁迫后小麦幼苗生长的8个形态指标,采用综合抗旱系数、隶属函数、聚类分析和灰色关联度分析相结合的方法,对小麦苗期抗旱性进行综合评价。结果表明,所考察的形态学指标对干旱胁迫的响应程度不同,对干旱胁迫反应最敏感的是根鲜重和根冠比,而叶片长及地上部鲜重反应最迟钝。根据抗旱性度量值(D值),可以对84份小麦种质按照抗旱性排序。选择多个简单易测的苗期形态学指标,以D值作为主要评价指标,采用综合抗旱系数、隶属函数、聚类分析和灰色关联度分析相结合的方法,综合评估小麦苗期抗旱性是可行的。To investigate the performance of different wheat germplasms at seedling stage under drought stress, find out drought- resistance wheat germplasms and screen out effective indexes related to drought-resistance, 84 wheat germplasms were treated with PEG6000 solution and 8 morphological traits at seedling stages were measured. Comprehensive drought resistance coefficient (CDC value),subordinate function coefficients, clustering analysis, and grey relational analysis were used to evaluate the drought resistance capability. The results show that the morphological traits have different reaction degrees, the root fresh weight and root-to-shoot ratio are most sensitive, while leaf length and seedling fresh weight is least sensitive. The results suggest that using several morphological traits based on D value is an effective method to comprehensively evaluate the wheat drought tolerance at seedling stage by comprehensive drought resistance coefficient (CDC value) , subordinate function coefficients and grey relational analysis.
