权力博弈困境下的大学生村官制度功能研究

摘　　要：立足于大学生村官政治参与的政治制度功能分析,从国家与乡村社会控制权博弈的行为逻辑和博弈困境维度,分析了大学生村官制度实施的乡村治理环境。从权力博弈风险缓释的角度进行分析,指出大学生村官以第三方角色参与调节国家与乡村博弈双方的利益关系,部分承接了国家权力制度性退出后出现的短暂权力真空,缓释了政治博弈风险,降低了乡村社会转型的潜在危机。Based on the analysis of the political system function of college-graduates village officials’ political participation,this paper analyzes the rural governance environment practiced by the college-graduates village officials system from the behavioral logic and the game dilemma of the state and rural social control rights game.It analyzes from the perspective of power game risk mitigation,and points out that collegegraduates village officials participate in the adjustment of the interests of both the state and the village as the third party,which partially undertake the short power vacuum after the state power system withdrawal,slow down the political game risk,and reduce the potential crisis of rural social transformation.
