百叶消炎洗剂对57例妊娠合并尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百叶消炎洗剂治疗妊娠期尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法:治疗组用百叶消炎洗剂熏洗患处,对照组用庆大霉素加入0.9%生理盐水250mL并外敷于患处,四周后观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组有效率为82.76%,对照组有效率为46.43%。结论:百叶消炎洗剂外洗治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显著且不良反应小,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,两组复发率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Objective：To observe the curative effect of louvers anti-inflammatory lotion on the treatment of condyloma acuminatum during pregnancy.Methods：The treatment group was treated with louvers and anti-inflammatory lotion.The control group was treated with gentamicin with 0.9% saline 250 ml and applied to the affected area.The therapeutic effect was observed after four weeks.Results：The effective rate was 82.76% in the treatment group and 46.43% in the control group.Conclusion：The treatment of condyloma acuminatum with louvers and anti-inflammatory lotion is effective and the adverse reaction is small.The relapse rate of the treatment group is significantly lower than that of the control group.The relapse rate of the two groups is statistically significant（P 0.05）.
