“氧瞬得”用于麻醉专业实习医师气管插管教学中的体会

摘　　要：气管插管术是麻醉医师必须掌握的临床重要技能之一。随着科学技术的进步,可视化技术已被广泛引入医学领域。为提高麻醉医师的气管插管临床水平,我们将氧瞬得(Airtraq视频喉镜)引入临床教学,实践表明:不仅提高了刚刚实习的麻醉医师插管水平,而且也调动了其学习的积极性,确保了患者的安全,减少了不必要的插管损伤,也明显提高了其处理常规气道及困难气道的能力。Tracheal intubation is one of the important clinical skills that anesthesiologists must master. With the advancement of science and technology, visualization technology has been widely introduced into medical field. In order to improve anesthesiologists＇ clinical level of tracheal intubation, we have introduced Airtraq video laryngoscopy into clinical teaching. Practice proves that it can not only improve intubation level of anesthesia practitioners who have just started in-ternship ,but also mobilize their enthusiasm for learning so as to ensure patients＇ safety, reduce unnecessary intubation-induced injuries, and significantly improve the ability to deal with conven-tional airway and difficult airway.
