导乐配合PCE在低位水囊引产初产妇分娩中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探析导乐配合PCEA应用于低位水囊引产初产妇分娩中的效果。方法方便选取2015年11月—2016年12月该院接收的112例行低位水囊引产的初产妇资料进行探析,因不同的镇痛及干预方式可分为两组,行导乐联合PCEA的56例产妇设研究组,行传统干预的56例产妇设对照组,并对两组产程疼痛程度、产程时间及产妇结局进行对比。结果研究组第一、二、三产程的疼痛评分(2.30±1.58)分、(3.45±1.78)分、(5.30±2.41)分均比对照组低,第一、二、三产程的时间(130.48±11.78)、(41.64±11.20)、(6.01±1.48)min均比对照组短,而自然分娩率75.00%比对照组57.14%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低位水囊引产产妇行导乐联合PCEA可减轻分娩疼痛,缩短产程时间,提高自然分娩几率。Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of doula combined with PCEA in the delivery of low water sac.Methods 112 cases of low water sac induced labor primipara data from November 2015 to December 2016 in this hospital were convenient selected and analyzed, and were divided into two groups according to different ways of analgesia and intervention, with 56 cases in each group. The study group adopted doula combined PCEA treatment, and the control group adopted routine intervention, and the degree of labor pain, labor time and maternal outcome of the two groups were compared. Results The labor pain score in the first, second and third process was（2.30 ±1.58）points,（3.45±1.78）points,（5.30±2.41） points, lower than those of the control group; time of labor in the first, second and third process was（130.48 ±11.78）and（41.64±11.20）,（6.01 ±1.48）min, shorter than the control group; And natural births was 75.00%, higher than that of the control group of 57.14%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The doula combined with PCEA for low-grade water sac can relieve labor pain, shorten labor time, increases the chances of natural childbirth.
