锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察与分析治疗胫骨平台骨折运用锁定钢板内固定的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取该院骨科2014年5月—2016年6月收治的60例胫骨平台骨折患者,按照患者的治疗意愿将60例患者进行平均分配,分为观察组与对照组,观察组30例患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗;对照组30例患者采用双切口双钢板治疗;观察并比较两组患者经不同手术方式治疗后的膝关节HSS评分、术中出血量、手术用时及患者切口愈合时间。结果观察组患者的HSS评分平均为(88.98±4.19)分,对照组患者的HSS评分平均为(70.32±4.01)分,观察组患者的HSS评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的术中出血量(273.1±45.9)m L、手术用时(76.9±19.5)min、愈合时间(12.7±2.5)周均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定法能有效减少手术时间与愈合时间,减少患者术出血量,更易让患者接受,值得在临床上广泛运用。Objective This paper tries to observe and analyze the clinical effect of locking plate fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods 60 patients with tibial plateau received in department of orthopedics in this hospital from May 2014 to June 2016 were convenient selected and evenly distributed according to the patients’ personal willingness of treatments, 30 cases in the observation group were treated with locking plate internal fixation; and 30 patients in the control group with double incision double plate fixation; HSS score after different surgical treatments, intraoperative bleeding volume of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The HSS score of the observation group was（88.98±4.19）points, the average HSS score of the control group was（70.32±4.01）points, the HSS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was（273.1±45.9）m L, the time of operation was（76.9±19.5）min, the healing time was（12.7±2.5） weeks, better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Locking plate internal fixation can effectively reduce the operation time and healing time, reduce the amount of bleeding,more easily to be accepted by the patients, therefore it is worth widely used in clinical practice.
