摘　　要：目的研究血清抗核抗体谱的Ig G检测结果。方法该次以2015年7月—2016年12月间进入该院的患者中,抽选出1 335例进行研究,设作研究组,同期选取体检者1 000名作比对组,分别对其血清抗核抗体谱进行半定量测定,并且对两组间测定结果进行深入对照。结果 499例感染科患者中,有130例血清抗核抗体谱的测定结果是阳性;369例风湿免疫科患者中,有92例血清抗核抗体谱的测定结果是阳性;328例呼吸科患者中,有51例血清抗核抗体谱的测定结果是阳性。结论临床通过进行血清抗核抗体专业检测工作,并将检测结果用于自身免疫性疾病患者中,可对其疾病类型准确筛查,应用价值高,可推广。Objective This paper tries to study the serum antinuclear antibody Ig G test results. Methods 1335 cases of patients from July 1st, 2015 to December 31 st, 2016 in this hospital were selected as the study group, at the same time 1000 cases of physical examination were chosen as the control group, the serum antinuclear antibodies of these two groups were semi-quantitative measured, and the results of the measurement between the two groups were in-depth compared. Results Of the 499 patients in the infectious department, 130 cases were tested positive for antinuclear antibody spectra. Of the 369 patients with rheumatoid immunology, 92 were tested positive for antinuclear antibody spectra. Of the 328 patients with respiratory disease, 51 were positive for serum antinuclear antibody spectrometry. Conclusion Through the detection of serum antinuclear antibodies and application of the results into patients with autoimmune disease, the disease type can be accurately screened, and it is of high application value, and worth being promoted.
