摘 要:目的对人性化护理在脑外伤护理中的护理效果进行分析、探讨。方法随机选取该院2016年2—10月期间收治的脑外伤患者100例,按照随机、双盲的方式将其平均分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组与对照组各50例。给予对照组患者常规的护理干预,观察组患者则接受人性化护理,分别对两组患者的满意度、住院时间以及患者不良情绪发生率情况进行对比。结果两组患者在经过区别护理后,观察组患者护理满意度为96.00%(48/50)显著优于对照组患者护理满意度74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在住院时间的比较上,观察组患者平均住院时间为(7.1±1.26)d,显著短于对照组患者平均住院时间(13.8±2.68)d(P<0.05);并且在不良情绪发生率比较上,观察组患者5/50(10.00%)同样显著低于对照组患者17/50(34.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑外伤患者的护理措施上,采取人性化护理能够显著缩短患者的住院时间,减轻患者的不适感,并且有助于降低患者的不良情绪发生率,在治疗依从性上有明显提高,进而改善护患关系,提高临床治疗有效率,值得临床的应用及推广。Objective This paper tries to analyze and discuss the nursing effect of humanistic nursing in brain trauma nursing. Methods 100 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to this hospital from February to October 2016 were random selected and equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random and double blind method, with 50 cases in each. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received humanistic nursing. The patients’ satisfaction, length of stay and the incidence of adverse emotions were compared between the two groups. Results After the different nursing methods in the two groups, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50), significantly better than that of the control group of 74.00%(37/50), and the difference was significant(P〈0.05); as for the hospitalization time of the two groups, the average hospitalization time in the observation group was(7.1±1.26)days, significantly shorter than that of the control group of(13.8 ±2.68)days(P〈0.05);and the incidence of bad mood in the observation group was 5/50(10.00%), also significantly lower than that of the control group of 17/50(34.00%), and the difference was significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing for the patients with traumatic brain injury can significantly shorten hospitalization time, reduce patient discomfort, and help to reduce the incidence of the negative emotions of patients, improve the treatment compliances, and improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve clinical efficiency, so it is worth the clinical application and promotion.
