近代郊区城市化的路径选择管窥——以天津为例

摘　　要：郊区城市化的路径有多种方式,考察近代天津郊区的城市化之路可以看出市政规划、工业建设、地产投资及都市农业都会在一定程度上促成郊区城市化进程,使得郊区村落市区化、内部结构非农化、土地利用住宅化和农业种植商品化,从而也加快了城市近代化的步伐。There are different ways to realize suburbanization.Through investigating urbanization way of Tianjin,we can see municipal plan,industrial construction,real estate investment and urban agriculture all can promote the process of suburbanization in some way.They promote suburban villages urbanization,internal structure changing into nonagricultural,land changing into real estate,and commercialization of agricultural cultivation which all accelerate the development of urban modernization.
