摘　　要：目的:了解某市公安干警健康状况,分析潜在危险因素。方法:整群抽取2016年度774例公安干警体检数据,并进行统计分析,比较不同年龄、性别、婚姻状况组间的检出率差异。结果:公安干警体检项目一项以上异常人数为760人(98.19%)。异常率最高的项目为血脂检查582人(75.19%),其次为肝功能检查433人(55.94%),再次为体重指数385人(49.74%);15项检查中共10项检查男性异常率高于女性,差异具有统计学意义,共11项检查异常率在高中低三个年龄组间的差异具有统计学意义,共4项检查异常率已婚组高于未婚组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:某市公安干警健康状况不容乐观,疾病风险主要来自于不良生活方式,女性健康状况优于男性、年龄越大健康状况越差。Objective：To understand the health status of policemen in a city of Hainan Province,and find out the potential negatively influencing factors to their health.Methods：Health examination data of 774 policemen was collected by using cluster sampling,and were analyzed statistically by SPSS22.0,then detection of heath in different age-groups,gender-groups and marital status-groups were compared.Results：A total of 760 policemen were abnormal in a health examination-index and overall abnormality rate was 98.19%.Result：of blood lipid examination with 582persons（75.19%）had the highest abnormality rate,the second was result of liver function examination with 433person（55.94%）,the third was result of body mass index-examination with 385person（49.74%）.Abnormality rate of the male＇s 10 health examination-indexes was higher than female＇s,the difference was statistically significant.Abnormality rate of the 11 health examination-indexes was statistically significant different between three age-groups,abnormality rate of the married group＇s 4health examination-indexes was higher than unmarried group＇s,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The health condition of policemen in a city of Hainan Province is poor,the disease risk comes from bad lifestyle,women are better than men in health,and the older the police are,the worse physical condition they are.
