摘 要:烧结矿的质量直接影响着高炉生产的稳定、顺行、高效和生铁质量。在本溪北营钢铁(集团)股份有限公司炼铁厂烧结生产实践基础上,设计四因素三水平正交实验考察周边矿粉配比、生石灰配比、料层厚度以及烧结MgO含量在烧结矿碱度一定时对烧结速率、生产率、成品率、转鼓指数、RDI+3.15等的影响情况,实验在烧结杯中进行。采用常用的综合指数方法得到最优因素组合。研究结果表明,当因素组合的周边矿配比为35%、生灰配比为5.5%、料层厚度为600 mm以及MgO含量为2.3%时最优,此时烧结速率为27.68 mm·min^(-1)、生产率为1.18 t·m^(-2)·h^(-1)、成品率为87.95%、转鼓指数为70.52%、RDI+3.15为85.13%以及TFe含量为56.87%。The quality of sinter has direct impact on the stability, smooth, efficiency and pig iron quality of blast furnace. Based on the sintering production practice in Benxi Beiying Iron & Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd, four factors and three levels orthogonal experiments were carried out in the laboratory, and the effects of the ratio of nearby iron ore, calcined lime, material thickness, and MgO content had influence on sintering rate, productivity, yield, sinter strength (TI) and low temperature reduction degradation index (RDI+3.15) when the sinter basicity was constant. A common comprehensive index was used to obtain the optimal combination. The results show that the optimal factors combination is as follows, when the ratio of nearby iron ore is 35%, the ratio of calcined lime is 5.5%, material layer thickness is 600 mm and MgO content is 2.3%, the sintering rate is 27.68 mmmin^-1 , productivity is 1.18 t·m^-2·h^-1, yield is 87.95%, TI is 70.52%, RDI.3.15is 85.13% and the content of TFe is 56.87%.
