摘 要:基于某1/3缩尺比例试验安全壳,针对该安全壳筏基变截面处混凝土开裂问题,将该安全壳用混凝土的绝热温升试验曲线和其他关键热力学参数测定结果作为关键输入参数,采用ANSYS建立1/4的筏板基础、变截面混凝土及筒身部分施工层三维有限元模型,动态分析了变截面处混凝土浇筑后30 d的温度变化,与测量值形成对比,并预测了变截面处混凝土的应力、应变变化过程。结果表明:计算得到的测点温度动态值与测量值吻合很好,最高温度仅相差2℃。现场状态及有限元分析均表明,变截面处混凝土的最大应力出现在变截面与基础的交界处和截面突变处。Against the concrete crack at variable cross section area of containment raft foundation, a three dimensional finite element model composing of 1/4 base slab,variable cross section area and containment at construction stage were established based on the experimental simulating of a 1/3 scale reactor containment model by ANSYS on the concrete adiabatic temperature rise test curves and tested other major thermodynamic parameters as the major input parameters. Besides,the dynamic analysis of 30 d concrete temperature change at the variable cross section area after pouring was conducted and forms contrast with the measured values. The reliability of the calculation was verified. Based on this,the stress and strain change process of concrete at the variable cross section area was predicted. The results indicated that the calculated dynamic temperature values of the measuring points agreed well with the measured values and the maximum temperature difference was only 2 ℃. The site situation and the finite element analysis indicated that the maximum stress of concrete at the gusset appeared at the junction of variable cross section area and base slab as well as the abrupt change position of variable cross section area.
