摘　　要：经过数十年探索,英国为其丰富的工业建筑遗产建立了以经济效益和文化效益为双轮驱动的再生模式。利用案例分析法对其主要再生途径:作为文化旅游的承载体,作为时尚之旅的发酵酶,作为田野景观的生成源等模式加以分析,总结其经验和规律,为我国方兴未艾的工业建筑遗产保护与再生产业提供可借鉴的思考与启示。After decades of exploration,Britain established the economic and cultural benefits mode for its industrial heritage. By the case study,the paper analyzed the regeneration modes： as a material carrier of cultural tourism,as fermenting enzymes of fashion tour, as the generation source of landscape,etc. The experience and laws of regeneration modes were summarized,which could provide a reference for the protection and renewable of industrial heritage in China.
