装配式泡沫混凝土外墙板抗风承载力试验研究

摘　　要：21世纪以来,建筑工业化和绿色建筑逐渐成为当今房屋建筑业的发展趋势。研究符合轻质高强、保温隔热、防火、防水、隔声、抗冻,性能卓越的外墙板是推广装配化建筑的关键环节。通过对目前常用的装配式外墙板种类和性能的分析,提出了全新的装配式钢龙骨泡沫混凝土外墙板。详细介绍了试验墙板的设计制作、试验装置、加载制度及试验现象,对试验墙板的荷载-挠度曲线的试验值与课题组研发的预制发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒混凝土墙板的试验值进行对比分析,可知:装配式钢龙骨泡沫混凝土外墙板的抗风承载力满足规范要求,且比预制发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒混凝土墙板更有优势。Since the twenty-first century,the industrialization of construction and green housing have gradually become the development trend of the housing construction industry. Studying the external wall planes which meet the requirements of light weight,high strength,thermal insulation,fire prevention,water prevention,sound insulation and anti-freeze is the key to promote prefabricated buildings. On the basis of literature researches,the types and properties of the prefabricated external wall panels were analyzed,and a new prefabricated foam concrete external wall panel with steel keel was put forward. The paper introduced the design and manufacture of the test panels,the test set-up,the loading system and experimental phenomena. The test values of load-deflection curves for test panels and EPS concrete wall panels developed by the research group were compared and analyzed. The wind resistant bearing capacity of the assembled steel keel foam concrete outer wall panel meets the requirement of the norm,and it has more advantages than precast expanded polystyrene particle concrete wall panel.
