摘 要:以直径为120 m的巨型封闭式圆形混凝土储煤浅筒仓为研究对象,穹顶为网壳,其顶部网壳支座形式采用悬臂短柱铰接(支座Ⅰ)、橡胶支座支承(支座Ⅱ)、径向释放橡胶支承(支座Ⅲ),分别对整体筒仓在不均匀堆载与环境温度作用下的协同作用进行了有限元分析,主要对筒仓的位移变形、环向应力、环向轴力分布进行了系统的对比分析;对采用3种支座形式的筒仓整体模型进行了地震反应谱分析;最后对顶部网壳采用支座Ⅲ的整体筒仓模型与对应的无顶部网壳筒仓模型在不均匀堆载与环境温度条件下的位移变形与环向应力进行了对比分析。通过分析,对以往把顶部网壳的作用简单等效为节点荷载作用于筒仓顶部的研究结果进行了探讨。A giant fully enclosed circular coal silo with 120 meters diameter was studied,the dome of the silo was designed as reticulated shell,supported on the silo in three kinds of bearings,which were the cantilevered shortcolumn hinge( No. Ⅰ bearing),the rubber bearing( No. Ⅱ bearing) and the radial released rubber bearing( No. Ⅲbearing),the effects of the non-uniform heaped load and ambient temperature were investigated. The comparative analysis of the displacement deformation,hoop stress and hoop axis-force of the silos using three bearings respectively were conducted,and the response spectrum analysis of the whole model of the silo with three kinds of bearings was carried out,finally the comparative analysis of the displacement deformation and hoop stress of the whole silo using the No. Ⅲ bearing which had reticulated shell or not was performed.
