摘  要:为了探究外源性褪黑激素(MLT)对非繁殖季节和田羊公羊血清激素的影响,试验选择20只和田羊成年公羊,于6月1日随机分为4组,分别给予生理盐水处理(对照组,2 mL/只)和不同剂量的MLT缓释剂埋植处理(处理组,分别为10 mg/只、20 mg/只、30 mg/只)。结果表明:外源性MLT明显提高了和田羊公羊夜间血清MLT水平,且存在剂量效应。低剂量的外源性MLT没有引起血清睾酮水平的较大日波动,而中(20 mg/只)、高(30 mg/只)剂量的外源性MLT能够引起血清睾酮水平的较大日波动。三种剂量的外源性MLT均未对和田羊公羊血清促黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平及日变化产生明显影响。To explore the effect of exogenous melatonin on serum hormones of male Hetian sheep during the non - breeding season,20 adult male Hetian sheep were divided randomly and averagely into four groups on 1 st June, including control group which was injected with normal saline of 2 mL per animal, and the other three treatment groups were administrated with melatonin implants of 10 mg,20 mg,30 mg per sheep respective- ly. The results indicated that exogenous melatonin significantly increased the serum melatonin levels of male sheep at night and showed a dose - response manner. The low dose of exogenous melatonin didnot lead to bigger changes to daily serum testosterone levels, while the moderate dose (20 rag)and the high dose (30 rag)of exogenous melatonin could lead to bigger fluctuations of daily serum testosterone levels. Three different doses of exogenous melatonin had no significant effect on serum LH, FSH levels and their daily changes of male Hetian sheep.
