摘　　要：从课题申请方、科研人员、科研人员培训、SOP、第三方监察等方面,提出了临床课题管理过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应解决方案。Clinical scientific research of Chinese medicine has the disadvantages in the procedure of management, and the lack of experience in the process management of clinical subjects is an important reason for the disadvantages. From the subject of application, research personnel, research personnel training, SOP, third party monitoring and other nine aspects, this article mainly put forward the problems in the process of clinical management, and give the corresponding solutions.
