摘　　要：目的:观察薯蓣丸对豚鼠变应性鼻炎模型IgE和IL-17的影响。方法:将60只豚鼠随机分为空白组、薯蓣丸高、中、低剂量组、模型组和通窍鼻炎片组,每组10只。在造模后分别按相应剂量灌胃各组动物。检测各组豚鼠血清IgE和鼻腔灌洗液IL-17水平并进行统计分析。结果:空白组、通窍鼻炎片组、薯蓣丸高剂量组IgE值均低于薯蓣丸中、低剂量组及模型组(P<0.05);薯蓣丸中、低剂量组IgE值均低于模型组(P<0.05)。薯蓣丸低剂量组和模型组IL-17值均高于空白组、通窍鼻炎片组、薯蓣丸高、中剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:薯蓣丸高、中剂量可调节豚鼠动物模型的IgE和IL-17,高剂量效果更佳,低剂量对IgE有调节作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Shuyuwan （薯蓣丸） on IgE and IL-17 in guinea pig allergic rhinitis model. Methods： The 60 guinea pigs were randomly divided into six groups： control group, high, medium and low dose group, model group and Tongqiaobiyan tablet group, with 10 guinea pigs in each group. After the model was made, the corresponding doses of Shuyuwan were injected into the stomach of guinea pigs in each group. Next, IgE and IL-17 values of guinea pigs in each group were detected and then the statistics were an- alyzed. Results： Comparison of IgE values： IgE values in control group, Tongqiaobiyan tablet group and high dose group were much lower than those in medium, low dose group and model group （P〈0.05）. IgE values in medium and low dose group were lower than model group （P〈0.05）. Comparison of IL-17 values： IL-17 valUes in low dose group and model group are higher than those in other groups. The difference was great, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The detected values in other groups have no big differences. Conclusion： High and medium dose of Shuyuwan can both change IgE and IL-17 values of guinea pig allergic rhinitis models. High dose of Shuyuwan is the best. Low dose of Shuyuwan can only change IgE values slightly.
