银屑I号治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对外周血中NE、Trappin-2表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察银屑I号方对寻常型银屑病患者外周血中NE及Trappin-2表达水平的影响。方法:将135例银屑病患者随机分为雷公藤组、中药组、中药+雷公藤组。根据PASI评分评价疗效,并通过ELISA法检测NE和Trappin-2表达水平。结果:雷公藤组总有效率为61.9%,中药组总有效率为67.4%,雷公藤+中药组总有效率为83.0%;雷公藤+中药组优于雷公藤组、中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后PASI评分、NE及Trappin-2表达水平均较治疗前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银屑I号联合雷公藤治疗寻常型银屑病具有较好疗效,其作用机制可能是通过减少NE、Trappin-2的表达,维持两者平衡,从而抑制炎症反应。Objective： To investigate the effect of No.1 Yinxie Formula on NE and Trappin-2 expression in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： The 135 patients with psoriasis vulgaris from our department were randomly divided into tripterygium wilfordii group, the traditional Chinese medicine group, and the traditional Chinese medicine＋tripterygium wilfordii group. According to the PASI score evaluation therapeutic effect, to assess the regulation function of No.1 Yinxie Formula in the expression of NE and Trappin-2 by the ELISA method. Results： The effective rate of Tripterygium wilfordii group was 61.9%, Chinese medicine group was 67.39%, the traditional Chinese medicine＋tripterygium wilfordii group was 82.98%, they had differences significantly （P〈0.05）. The differences among these three groups of PASI score, concentration of NE and Trap- pin-2 before and after the treatment were also had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： No.1 Yinxie Formula jiont tripterygium wilfordii can achieve good curative effect when be used to the patients with psoriasis vulgaris, its mechanism may be through inhibiting the inflammatory response to improve the symptoms of psoriasis.
