摘  要:要素是产业发展的根本,准确把握我国文化产业的阶段性特征必须从要素支撑角度分析才更有说服力。在全面分析文化产业发展要素的基础上,运用拓展的索洛模型深入剖析我国文化产业的发展。研究发现,我国文化产业正处于规模扩张的规模报酬递增阶段,集聚效应较为显著,资本密集型特征正日益凸显,但外部经济效应不明显,科技含量不高,创意和知识严重不足。需要特别强调的是,文化消费不足在一定程度上抑制了文化产业发展,我国文化产业更需要政府长期持续的推动。Factors are fundamental to industrial development, so it is necessary to analyze the stage characteristics from the per- spective of factors support. Based on the comprehensive study on the development factors of cultural industry, we deeply analyze Chi- na's cultural industry with the extended Solow Model. We find that: firstly, the cultural industry in China is in the period of increasing returns to scale; secondly, the clustering effect is significant; thirdly, the capital agglomeration has become increasingly prominent. However, there still exists several problems, that is, a less obvious external economic effect, a low-tech solution and lack of creativity and professional knowledge. The limited cultural consumption has inhibited the development of cultural industry to some extent. Above problems require a long-term promotion from the government.
