摘  要:为了保证电机的可靠性,对电机内流场进行仿真计算十分必要。该文以一台四进两出新型通风方式的鼠笼异步电动机为例,研究气隙及定子三维流场的分布规律。建立了计算域物理模型并给定相应边界条件,基于计算流体动力学原理(computational fluid dynamics,CFD),采用有限体积法进行三维湍流流动数值模拟求解,分析了速度场和压力场的分布规律。结果表明:在压力及旋转剪切力作用下,沿径向气隙、定子风沟齿、轭部界面处空气速度梯度较大;在气隙中、定子风沟齿部空气迎、背风面的静压与速度分布趋势相同,沿周向均呈现周期性变化,周期数等于定子槽数。In order to ensure the reliability of the motor, the motor flow field simulation is necessary. This paper focused on a new ventilation scheme with four inlets and two outlets of squirrel cage asynchronous motor to investigate the three-dimensional flow field distribution of the motor's air gap and stator. A3D physical model was established and the corresponding boundary condition was given. Based on the principles of computational fluid dynamics(CFD), numerical simulation of the three dimensional turbulent flow was proceeded using finite volume method. The distribution of the flow field and pressure field inside the motor were analyzed. The'results show that the velocity gradient is larger in the air gap and in the interfaces of segment of the stator teeth and yoke along the radial direction. The static pressure and the velocity distribution tendency are the same in the air gap, windward and lee side of stator ducts, which change periodically along the circumferential direction, and the numbers of cycles are equal to the stator slot numbers.
