摘  要:以高聚物共混体系界面上的扩散现象为理论基础,采用聚合物共混及层叠剥离的方法来实现超疏水表面的制备。实验采用聚丙烯(PP)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)作为制备材料,将HIPS/LLDPE(或HIPS/PP)共混膜与LLDPE(或PP)膜层叠热压复合,然后冷却剥离。SEM分析结果表明,剥离后的共混物薄膜表面具有微细纤维结构;表面接触角测试结果表明,当共混比为80/20、70/30、60/40时,共混物(HIPS/LLDPE和HIPS/PP)薄膜能够获得表面接触角超过150°、滚动角约为7°的超疏水表面。A kind of fabrication method of super-hydrophobic surface based on polymer diffusion at the interface of polymer blends by peeling off laminated plastic films was proposed. In this paper, polypropylene(PP), linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) and high impact polystyrene(HIPS) were served as materials, and the laminating films of HIPS/LLDPE with LLDPE(or HIPS/PP with PP) were exfoliated after the hot-pressing, stacking and cooling. SEM analysis results indicate that, the surface of the exfoliated polymer blend films has fine fiber structure. Contact angle test shows that, the super-hydrophobic surface with contact angle exceeding 150° and rolling angle reaching 7° when the blending proportions of the polymer blend films(HIPS/LLDPE and HIPS/PP) reach 80/20, 70/30 and 60/40.
