摘  要:采用硅灰石(Wo)和具有β-成核作用硅灰石(β-Wo)制备了具有不同成核作用硅灰石填充回收聚丙烯(r-PP)复合材料,借助差示扫描量热仪、广角X射线衍射仪和偏光显微镜研究了具有不同成核作用硅灰石对r-PP结晶行为、熔融特性和结晶形态的影响。结果表明:Wo和β-Wo对r-PP结晶都具有异相成核作用,可以提高r-PP的结晶温度。Wo填充r-PP复合材料主要形成α晶,β-Wo可诱导r-PP形成大量高亮度的β晶,并且β-Wo具有的异相成核作用明显强于Wo。Wollastonite(Wo) and wollastonite with β-nucleation(β-Wo) were used to prepare wollastonite with different nucleation filled recycled polypropylene(r-PP) composites. The influence of wollastonite with different nucleation on the crystallization behavior, melting characteristics and crystalline morphology of r-PP were studied by means of differential scanning calorimeter, wide angle X-ray diffraction and polarized light microscope, respectively. The results indicate that both Wo and β-Wo exhibit heterogeneous nucleation, and increase the crystallization temperature of r-PP. Wo filled r-PP composites mainly form α-spherulites, while β-Wo can induce the formation of highly birefringent β-spherulites. Moreover, the heterogeneous nucleation of β-Wo is much stronger than that of Wo.
