真空木材炭化设备控制系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：针对国内真空炭化木的制备工艺以及炭化设备的控制精度、自动化程度较低等现状,提出了一种真空炭化设备的自动控制系统设计方案。根据控制系统的设计要求及方案,确立了该控制系统组成,完成主控PLC、数字量输入输出和模拟量输入输出等硬件的电路设计。同时确定炭化设备软件系统的组成,利用WPLSoft进行编程,实现软件设备功能。生产实验结果表明,该真空木材炭化控制系统可以减少常规工艺的木材炭化时间,提高木材炭化的自动化程度,保证木材炭化后的质量。In view of lower degree for preparation technology of vacuum wood carbonization, control accuracy of carbonization equipment, and automation level at home, an automatic control system design scheme of vacuum wood carbonization equipment was designed. By studying design requirements and scheme of control system, the master PLC, digital input and output, analog input and output hardware circuit design were completed. While determinning the composition of carbonization device software system, using WPLSoft programming, the software device function has completed. The production test results shows that control system of the vacuum wood carbonization equipment can reduce wood carbonization time, enhance automation level of carbonization wood, and ensure the quality of wood carbonized.
