摘 要:本文把轴对称绕组理论揉和虚拟槽理论引入到无刷双馈电机定转子绕组设计中来,这一绕组设计方式提高了电机转子绕组的基波绕组系数,削弱了转子磁动势的谐波,提高了电机的输出功率以及效率。文中对虚拟槽绕组的设计原理、方法进行了详细的分析,并以一台72槽电机为例说明基于虚拟槽理论的轴对称绕组结构的设计方法。围绕电机在功率绕组带恒定负载时电机各部分磁密的饱和程度以及各有功功率曲线和电机的效率、恒定转速下功率绕组带载时输出电压的波形,进行了有限元分析,结果表明基于虚拟槽理论的轴对称绕组分布无刷双馈发电机具有良好的性能。In this paper, the theory of axisymmetric winding mixing virtual slot theory was introduced to design stator and rotor winding of brushless doubly-fed motor, the winding design improve the fundamental wave winding coefficient of the motor rotor winding, weaken the harmonics of rotor magnetomotive force, and improve the output power and efficiency of the motor. In this paper, design principle, method of virtual slot winding were analyzed in detail, and a 72 slot motor as an example to show axisymmetric winding based on the theory of the virtual slot structure. Around the motor with a constant load in the power winding , and flux density of saturated degree of each part and the active power curve and motor efficiency, and the output voltage waveform of power winding under constant speed with load, did the finite element analysis. The results show that the axisymmetrie winding distribution based on the theory of the virtual slot brushless doublyfed generator has achieved better performance.
