摘 要:紫花苜蓿的茎叶柔嫩鲜美,可广泛用于喂养牛羊、加工草粉、配置饲料或混合饲料,适合于各类畜禽,因其广泛的应用性被大量种植。为了可以精确收集紫花苜蓿根瘤菌抗盐性强弱数据,本次实验从新疆盐碱土和棕漠土地区取6个紫花苜蓿根瘤菌菌株样品,然后分别对各个样品进行耐盐性、耐酸碱性及其相应泌酸碱能力强弱的测定。结果表明:棕漠土土壤紫花苜蓿根瘤菌株S-c有着极强的耐盐性,因为该菌株可以在浓度为10%的Na CL培养基上正常生长;盐碱土壤紫花苜蓿根瘤菌株M-a和棕漠土土壤紫花苜蓿根瘤菌株S-b在所有菌株中耐酸性最强,这两个菌株可以在pH为4.0的酸性培养基上正常生长;而有着最强耐碱性的菌株是盐碱土壤菌株M-c,该菌株可以在pH为12.0的碱性培养基上正常生长。经过进一步实验得出:棕漠土土壤紫花苜蓿根菌株S-a不但可以在pH为4.0的酸性培养基中正常生长,还可以在pH为11.0的碱性培养基中正常生长。而根瘤菌菌株的泌酸能力与其抗碱性息息相关。In order to accurately collect salt stress resistance data of Alfalfa rhizobium, 6 alfalfa Rhizobium strains were collected from saline alkali soil and brown desert land in Xinjiang, and detect the salt tolerance,acid and alkaline resistance and their corresponding secretion acids and alkaline. The result show that, the Rhizobium S-c strains from Brown desert soil have a strong salt tolerance because the strain can grow normally at a concentration of 10% Na CL; the Rhizobium M-a strains collected from saline alkali soil and Rhizobium S-b strains exhibited the highest acid tolerance among all strains, and this two strains could grow normally in the acidic medium of pH 4.0; The strain with the strongest alkali resistance is M-c strain from the saline soil, which can grow normally on an alkaline medium of pH 12.0 In addition, S-a strain from Brown desert soil can not only grow in the acidic medium of pH 4.0, but also grow in alkaline medium of pH 11.0,and the acid producing ability of Rhizobium strains is closely related to their alkaline resistance.
