孕妇体位翻转法在胎儿四维彩超检查中的应用

摘　　要：目的:本文是对孕妇体位翻转法在胎儿四维彩超检查中的应用价值进行研究。方法:选取2016年1月到12月在泗洪县人民医院进行四维彩超检查的403例单胎孕妇进行前瞻性研究。结果:403例孕妇中384例采用体位翻转法,其中371个胎儿体位改变,受遮部位得到良好显示。结论:在胎儿四维彩超的检查中使用孕妇体位翻转法,可增加胎儿受遮部位的显示率,缩短胎儿四维彩超的检查时间。Objective： To study the application value of maternal postural reversal method in fetal four-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography. Methods：A total of 403 single-fetus pregnant women underwent four-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography in Sihong County People＇s Hospital from January to December in 2016 were prospectively studied. The gestation of pregnant women was increased to increase the number of fetuses in the womb display degree. Results： 384 cases of pregnant women in 403 cases using postural reversal method, of which 371 fetal position changes, the shelter was well displayed. Conclusion：In the fetal four-dimensional color doppler ultrasonography in the use of pregnant women postural reversal method, can significantly increase the fetal coverage of the display rate, shorten the fetal four-dimensional color doppler ultrasound examination time.
