风扰动下雷达波测流仪的偏角探究及结构改进

摘  要:针对雷达波测流仪的风中姿态进行了研究,建立了其自定位测箱的动力学模型,在几种不同风模型的等效激励下,通过Simulink对系统进行了动态仿真,并通过实验验证了仿真模型及仿真结果的可信度。研究发现对系统倾角偏差影响最严重的风为阵风,并且在短时间难以恢复到稳定状态。通过分析几种结构参数的影响发现,增加设备质量、减小风力作用面积和重心位置远离缆道这三种方法可以减小阵风对系统倾角偏差的影响,进而得出了设备改进的建议结构参数,可使测流仪偏角控制在允许范围内。Aiming at studying the attitude of radar wave measuring instrument in the wind, the dynamic model of itself positioning measuring box was established, By using different equivalent model of wind to drive, the dynamic simulation of the system was carried out by MATLAB/Simulink, then the simulation model and it's results were verified by experiment. The study found that the most serious impart on the system inclination angle was gust, and it is difficult to stabilize in a short time. By analyzing the impact of several different structural parameters of the device, found that improving quality, reducing wind action area, the center of gravity position away from the cableway could reduce the impact of gust on system's angle. Then the proposed structure parameters were obtained , the angle deviation could be controlled within the allowable range.
