摘 要:贯流风叶为空调送风系统的重要组成部分,由于其结构的复杂性,目前广泛采用人工超声波焊接,存在缺口对位困难、焊接效率低和合格率偏低等问题。针对上述问题,在原有的人工超声波焊接装备的基础上,经过自动化上下料的改造,同时设计出一套基于OpenCV视觉定位系统的自动化超声波焊接装备,该装备主要包括:物料存放区、输送系统、视觉定位系统、焊接系统和自动下料系统。视觉定位系统基本思想为先用sobel算子对图像进行预处理,提取边缘,再利用Hough算法检测圆心坐标,最后利用检测的圆心坐标与系统设定的圆心坐标比较,计算出相位差,控制旋转电机定位完成焊接。焊接结果表明:该装备运行稳定,焊接合格率提高2.5%,9节贯流风叶焊接时间控制在45s以内,比原有人工焊接缩短15s。Cross-flow Fan is an important component of air-condition's air supply system, and it is always ultrasonic welded by human because of structural complexity, and gap locating, low efficiency and low qualification rate are the common problems. On the foundation of manual ultrasonic welding, and through the automation improvement ofupper and lower material,this research develop an automatic ultrasonic welding equipment based on the OpenCV vision orientation system. This equipment mainly includes: material storage area, transport system, vision orientation system, welding system and automatic blanking system. The basic approach of vision orientation system includes three steps: Firstly, the edge character of each image is extracted by the sobel algorithm; then, the center coordinate of feature circle is detected by the Hough transformation; last, the rotational positioning is completed according to phase difference of the detected circle and given circle. The welding result shows that: (1) the equipment runs stability; (2) the qualification rate increased by 2.5%; (3) the welding time reduced by 15s.
