摘 要:开展了基于壁厚在线监测数据的集输站场关键设备腐蚀风险评价研究,该系统融合了多通道超声测厚技术、无线传感器网络技术,实现了场站管道关键设备关键部位的360°全覆盖壁厚自动监测。结合某气田处理厂集气站设备壁厚在线监测数据,通过计算数据的统计分布规律,对数据的可靠性、准确性进行验证。将90组实测数据进行分析,计算设备的腐蚀速率,可以计算出管道的腐蚀速率为0.03~0.04(mm/a),与现场多年的腐蚀速率吻合,并且分析设备腐蚀规律。最后,通过计算表明其剩余寿命,结合腐蚀评价标准,开展了设备的腐蚀风险评价。corrosion risk evaluation of the equipment and pipeline in gas gathering station was researched based on the wall thickness online monitoring. The system integrates multi-channel ultrasonic thickness measurement technology and wireless sensor network technology, and realizes the automatic monitoring of the 360 degree full coverage wall thickness of the key parts of the key equipment. Based on the on-line monitoring data of the wall thickness of gas gathering station in a gas field, the reliability and accuracy of the data are verified by calculating the statistical distribution of the datc,~ The 90 data are analyzed and the corrosion rate of the equipment is calculated, and the corrosion rate of pipeline is calculated as 0.03-0.04 (mm/a). The calculated results are consistent with the corrosion rate in the field in recent years.
