摘 要:针对自堆式螺旋速冻装置的输送带进行了结构分析和优化,分析了国产螺旋输送带结构上存在的不稳定因素,并对其进行了改进和优化,增加了上下侧链板的支撑面积,提高了侧链板整体刚度和抗变形能力;分析了输送带的自伸缩能力,得出带脚伸出长度要满足的条件。建立了输送带基本单元的有限元模型,在ANSYS Workbench中对其进行了静力分析和线性屈曲分析,分析结果表明:优化后的输送带变形量更小,最大应力减小,能承受的临界载荷提高约2~5倍。为提高输送带安全性、耐久性等可靠性特征提供了一定的参考。On the conveyor belt of the self-stacking spiral freezer has carried on the struture analysis and optimization. The instability on the stnLcture of conveyor belt which made by ourselves has been figured out by increases the support area of the upper and lower lateral plate element and enhances the overall stiffness and beading rigidity Since the flexible ability of conveyor belt was analysed and concluded with foot length to meet the condhions. The static analysis and linear buckling analysis?has been calculated in ANSYS Workbench after the finite element model of the unit of conveyor belt being established. The analysis results show that the optimized conveyor belt deformation smaller, maximum stress is reduced, can withstand the ultimate load of about 2-5 times then ever. It had provided abasis far improving safety, durability and reliability characteristics of self-stacking spiral conveyor belt.
