摘 要:根据计算流体动力学(CFD)基本原理,使用FLUENT软件,以某型号燃气炮为研究对象,对引射器关键参数如喷嘴距、混合段直径、混合段长度等进行数值模拟,得出引射器各参数对引射系数的影响。依据模拟结果对该燃气炮的引射器结构尺寸进行优化,并应用于对应的燃气炮。对优化后的燃气炮进行测试,并与改进前的燃气炮进行对比,其爆炸分贝数升高了10%,并缩短了燃气炮连续爆炸时所需的最短时间间隔。该研究方法对于提升燃气炮性能有着较为重大的参考价值。According to the basic principle of Computational Fluid Dynamics, simulation was given on the ejector in a certain type of gas gun to improve itsperformance by FLUENT. The effects of nozzle position,mixing section diameter and mixing section length on ejector performance were simulated. In the light of the simulation results, the structure size of ejector was optimized, and the corresponding gas gun was manufacturedand tested. Testing results show that the sound intensity of the gas gun increased by 10% and the shortest interval required time for the continuous explosion of the gas gun was shortened. The research supply a way to improve the performance of gas gun.
