摘　　要：从学术影响力、社会影响力、国际影响力等方面分析"渝刊"发展现状,总结"渝刊"出版创新与服务区域发展举措:通过政策支持与项目扶持,引导机制创新,增强文化发展活力;通过集约化布局与精品化办刊,发展模式创新,提升科技综合实力;通过服务功能拓展与交流平台构建,服务方式创新,拓宽社会发展空间;通过刊网互动与平台打造,传播手段创新,加快媒体融合步伐。提出进一步提升"渝刊"舆论引导力、信息传播力、品牌影响力的对策建议。Based on the analysis of situation of the academic influence, social influence and international influence of ＂Chongqing publication＂, this paper summarizes its initiatives of innovation and service for regional development： through policy support and project support, to guide mechanism innovation and enhance the vitality of cultural development; through intensive layout and elite publication, to develop model innovation and raise overall strength of science and technology; through the expansion of service function, construction of communication platform, and innovation of service modes, to broaden social development space; through the interaction between Internet and journal platform, innovation of transmission methods, to speed up the pace of the media convergence. Then the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the public opinion guiding force, information dissemination force, brand influence of ＂Chongqing publication＂.
