摘 要:通过浒苔与虾类的混合养殖试验确定其对氨氮吸收的能力和消除虾类所产生氨氮的效果.结果表明,在混合养殖中,浒苔对氨氮的吸收起到了积极作用,在不同盐度和藻类密度下吸收氨氮的效果存在一定差异;浒苔能够快速消除混合养殖中脊尾白虾排放的氨氮,两者生物量之间的平衡受到盐度的影响,在盐度5,15和30条件下浒苔密度分别至少为0.5,0.25,0.125g/L时,能够完全吸收脊尾白虾(2g/L)排放的氨氮;盐度之间的差异可能与盐度下降提高了虾类的氨氮排泄量有关.利用浒苔净化脊尾白虾养殖废水具有可行性,为实现零排放的生态养殖提供了一种新模式.In this study,the new model of integrated cultivation of Palaemon carinicauda with Ulva prolifera at different salinities was investigated.The results showed that in the integrated farming,ammonium produced by shrimps could be efficiently eliminated by the alga and there were differences among different salinity and algal density.The ammonium excreted by shrimps could be quickly eliminated by algae in the integrated cultivation system,the balance between the biomass of two species could be influenced by salinity.When shrimps were reared with the alga in biomass of more than 0.5,0.25 and 0.125g/L at salinity 5,15 and 30respectively,the algae could uptake all of the ammonium discharged by shrimps(2g/L),and the differences among salinities could result from the increase of ammonium discharge by shrimp when salinity reduced.The results illustrated the feasibility of using Ulva prolifera to clean the polluted water in shrimp cultivation,which provided a new model for fulfilling ecology-friendly mariculture without discharge of waste water.
