摘　　要：针对低负荷时SCR入口烟温低脱硝退出问题,对比了提高SCR入口烟温的3种方法,提出1号机组分级省煤器改造方案,对改造效果及安全经济性进行分析,认为省煤器分级改造可实现最低稳燃负荷至满负荷较宽工况脱硝,运行可靠,减排效果明显,投资回收周期短。Aiming at the problem of low denitrification exit of SCR inlet at low load,this paper compares three methods to improve the smoke temperature of SCR inlet,and puts forward the scheme of the economizer of grade 1economizer,and analyzes the transformation effect and safety economy.Graded transformation can achieve the minimum stable combustion load to full capacity of a wide range of denitrification,reliable operation,emission reduction effect is obvious,investment recovery cycle is short.
