摘 要:文章采用商用计算流体动力学软件CFX,针对某1 000 MW汽轮机组,采用欧拉-拉格朗日法,数值模拟了高压缸首级通道内固体颗粒的运动特性,结果表明:不同粒径的固体颗粒对叶片的冲蚀有着不同的影响,固体颗粒直径越大,发生碰撞时的角度越大,撞击点位置越接近前缘。固体颗粒在静叶压力面、吸力面撞击点的撞击角度均在0°~15°之间。静动叶内的冲蚀区主要集中在压力面的中后部,并且静叶受冲蚀的程度远大于动叶。文章还对静叶出汽边采用Cr2C3抗冲蚀涂层后的流动情况进行了分析和比较,结果表明,采用Cr2C3抗冲蚀涂层对叶片气动性能影响不大。Based on Euler-lagrange method, a numerical simulation on the motion behavior of solid particles in the first stage passage of one 1 000 MW steam turbine high pressure cylinder was conducted by the commercial computational flow dynamics soft- ware CFX. The results showed that the solid particles with different sizes had different effects on the erosion of blades. The larger the diameter of solid particle is, the larger the anagle of impact is, the closer the impact point is to the leading edge. The impacting angle of solid particles on the impact point of the stator blade pressure surface and the suction surface is between 0~~15~. The ero- sion area stationary blade and moving blade was concentrated in the rear of the pressure sudhee. And the degree of eiosion of sta- tionary blades was greater than that of moving blades. This paper also analyzed and compared the flow situation of the exit of sta- tionary blade of that Cr2C3 anti erosion ceating. The results showed that Cr2C3 anti erosion coating caused little impact to tire perfor- mance of the turbine stage.
