摘　　要：汽轮机组在检修期间检查发现转子叶轮叶根槽位置存在裂纹,且部分级次叶片损坏严重。通过安全性等校核,以及进行热力、凝汽器等核算,提出了可行的处理方案,以最短的时间恢复了机组运行。When the turbine unit was under repair, the cracks were found in the root groove of rotor impeller blade, and the blades of some stage were badly damaged. Through security check, and the calculation of heat and condenser, a feasible treatment scheme was put forward and the operation of the unit was resumed in the shortest time.
