摘  要:通过对DF_(4DD)型内燃机车轮缘偏磨的现状进行跟踪和检测,结合机车运行情况,确定机车轮轨间存在静摩擦力、牵引量过大、轮轨不匹配等问题。从实际出发,提出了切实可行的改进措施和优化方案,有效地消除了机车轮缘偏磨的问题,避免了机车运行中的安全隐患。Track and inspection on status of eccentric wear of wheel flange in DF4DD combustion engine vehicle were made, the problems such as static friction existence between vehicle wheehracks, uhra big haulage, unmatched wheel and track were determined by combing with running situation of the vehicle. Feasible modification measures and optimum project were given based on the actuation, the problem of eccentric wear of wheel flange in vehicle was eliminated efficiently, and hidden danger in course of running of the vehicle was prevented.
