摘　　要：随着超声造影技术及纳米技术的快速发展,涌现出许多新兴的纳米级超声造影剂,主要的制作方法都是围绕着超声造影剂内核的替换及外壳的改变和修饰进行的。文章对纳米级超声造影剂研究的背景、现状、未解决的问题及发展前景等方面进行综述。In recent years,as the rapid development of the ultrasound imaging technology and nanotechnology,there have appeared many new nanoscale ultrasound contrast agent.The main methods for making new imaging agents are the replacement of ultrasound contrast agents,the replacement of cores,and the exchanging and modification of their shells.In this paper,the background,present situation,unsolved problems and development prospects of nano scale ultrasound contrast agents are discussed.
