摘 要:目的:观察电子生物反馈疗法联合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫痉挛对肌张力及运动能力的影响。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均进行内科基础治疗,治疗组加用电子生物反馈疗法联合康复训练治疗,对照组单用康复训练治疗。治疗前后分别采用改良Ashworth分级评定肌张力,以简化Fugl—Meyer运动评分评估运动功能。结果:两组肌张力和运动功能评分较治疗前明显提高(P〈0.05),而治疗组提高幅度大于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗期间未发生明显的不良反应。结论:电子生物反馈疗法联合康复训练能够明显缓解肌张力,改善运动功能,较单用康复训练效果更好。Objective : To observe the clinical effect of electronic biofeedback therapy combined with rehabilitation training on muscular tension and motor function of the patients with hemiplegia and spasticity due to stroke. Method: 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group ( electronic biofeedback therapy combined with rehabilitation training ) and control group ( rehabilitation training ) , 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with basic medical treatment.The modified Ashworth scale and the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor score were respectively evaluated with muscular tension and motor function of the patients before and after treatment. Result: Research shows that the scores of muscular tension and motor function of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P〈0.05 ) .The improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group ( P〈0.05 ) . There were no significant adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion: Electronic biofeedback therapy combined with rehabilitation training can obviously relieve spasm of cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients with muscle tension, improved motor function in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia safely and effectively. It has obviously more advantages than single rehabilitation training.
