针药结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症湿热瘀结型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药结合治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症湿热瘀结型的疗效及安全性。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,两组均采用黄连解毒汤加减治疗,治疗组加用针刺治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:远期疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合黄连解毒汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症湿热瘀结型疗效确切。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of combination of acupuncture and Chinese herbs in the treatment of pelvic inflamatory disease sequelae of accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis type. Method ： 60 patients were divided into two groups evenly in random. Both groups were treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction and the treatment group were treated with acupuncture in addition. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Result： Long-term effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Combination of acupuncture and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction has an exact effect on pelvic inflamatory disease sequelae of accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis type.
