腔内激光闭合术结合祛瘀生肌法治疗下肢继发性静脉性溃疡临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察腔内激光闭合术结合祛瘀生肌法治疗下肢继发性静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例。两组均用腔内激光闭合术。观察组加用祛瘀生肌法治疗。结果:痊愈率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组溃疡愈合时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05),溃疡面愈合率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。溃疡面复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腔内激光闭合术结合祛瘀生肌法治疗下肢继发性静脉性溃疡治疗安全性高、能提高创面愈合率,全面改善临床症状和生活质量。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of endovenous laser ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing and muscle producing therapy to treat the secondary venous ulcer in lower limbs.Methods： 60 cases of lower limb venous ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups A and B. Group A ： 30 cases were given endovenous laser ablation alone. Group B： 30 cases were given endovenous laser ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine stasis removing and muscle producing therapy.Changing fresh dressing for a wound everyday, recording once a week, and observing for 8 weeks.Result： The combination of endovenous laser ablation and traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing and muscle- producing therapy can promote the growth of granulation, was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion： Endovenous laser ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine stasis-removing and muscle-producing therapy in treating secondary venous ulcer in lower limbs had good security for SVU patients, can enhance wound healing rate, improve patients＇ clinical symptoms and quality of life in an all round way.
