中西医结合治疗白癜风疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:86例随机分为观察组与对照组各43例。两组均用308准分子光联合他克莫司软膏外用治疗,观察组加用中药口服治疗,两组疗程均为12周。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组皮损面积治疗后减少(P<0.05),观察组减少较对照组幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗白癜风临床疗效较好。Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine in treatment of vitiligo. Method ： 86 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 43 cases in the observation group and 43 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated with 308 excimer laser combined with 0.1% Tacrolimus Ointment and the treatment group were treated with Chinese herbs by oral administration. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group （ 90.70% ） was higher than that of the control group （ 69.77% ） （ P〈0.05 ） . The lesion area of the two groups decreased after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） and after the treatment, the lesion area of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Combination of TCM and western medicine has significant clinical therapeutic effect in treatment of vitiligo.
