摘　　要：目的:通过卫生总费用相关评价指标,对广东省2000-2014年卫生总费用进行分析,为相关部门决策提供科学的参考依据。方法:收集广东省2000-2014年卫生总费用的筹资水平、筹资结构、人均卫生总费用、卫生总费用占GDP的比重和卫生消费弹性系数等数据,进行描述性统计分析。结果:2000-2014年广东省卫生总费用从326.4亿元增长到2832.3亿元,人均卫生总费用从377.36元增长到2641.11元,卫生总费用占GDP的比重从3.04%增长到4.18%;政府卫生支出、社会卫生支出和个人卫生支出的构成比分别增长了9.3%、18.4%、-27.6%;卫生弹性系数从0.9上升到1.22。结论:广东省卫生筹资水平有增长空间,卫生筹资结构需要继续优化,卫生总费用效果有待增强;建议政府加大卫生投入力度,拓宽卫生筹资渠道,进一步优化筹资结构,注意卫生总费用变化趋势,增强卫生总费用的效果影响等。Objective： Through the relevant evaluation indexes of total health expenditure, the total health expenditure of Guangdong Province were analyzed to provide scientific basis for the relevant decision-making departments. Methods： The data of total health expenditure of Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2014 such as level of financing, financing structure, per capita total health expenditure, total health expenditure accounted for the proportion of GDP and health consumption elasticity coefficient were collected and descriptive statistics was conducted. Results： In 2000-2014, the total health expenditure of Guangdong Province in- creased from 32 billion 64 million yuan to 283 billion 230 million yuan. Per capita total health expenditure increased from 377.3 yuan to 2641.11 yuan. The proportion of total health expenditure to GDP increased from 3.04% to 4.18%. The ratios of government health expenditure, social health expenditure and personal health expenditure increased by 39.3%, 18.4%, -27.6% respectively. The health elasticity coefficient increased from 0.9 to 1.22. Conclusion： There is room for growth in the level of health financing, the structure of health financing needs to be further optimized, and the effect of total health expenditure needs to be improved. It is snggested that the government should increase the health investment, broaden the channels for health financing, further optimize the financing structure, pay attention to the changing trend of the total health expenditure, and enhance the effect of the total cost of health.
