摘　　要：目的：了解重庆市南岸区社会办中医养生保健服务机构现况。方法：调查辖区内519家中医保健机构,采用EXCEL 2013对数据进行分析。结果：约48.94%的机构营业面积小于100平方米,2.12%的机构超过1000平方米。平均每个机构配备从业人员（3.05±3.58）人,不低于3人的保健机构共304家,占52%。机构开展的经营项目数量平均值为（1.47±0.73）,1639名从业人员持证上岗率为10.49%。中医保健机构合规率仅为10.96%。结论：社会办中医养生保健服务机构有待规范,需要进一步加强监管。Objective： To find out the status of TCM health care service organizations in Nan＇ an district of Chongqing so as to provide basis for the pilot supervision. Method： To distribute questionnaires to 519 TCM health care service organizations within the district. The data were analyzed by Excel2013. Results： 48.94% of the organizations were less than 100m2 and 2.12% were more than 1000m2. The average of the employee in each organization was 3.05± 3.58.52% of the organizations had more than 3 employ- ees. The average of service items was 1.47＋ 0.73. In 1639 employees, only 10.49% got the license or qualified. The qualified rate was only 10.96%. Conclusion： TCM health care service organizations need more standardization and further supervision.
