摘　　要：分析医师多点执业对第一执业点带来的风险,从第一执业点视角出发提出防范风险的建议。多点执业给第一执业点带来的主要风险是病源减少、医疗质量下降,医疗风险增加、医院整体管理水平下降、科教工作受影响。因此,第一执业点应完善医师管理相关规章制度,探索医疗集团经营模式,完善双向转诊制度,加强人才培养体系建设,发挥医疗责任保险的作用。This article analyzed the risk of multi-sited licensed to the first registered hospital. Some suggestions were put for- ward from the perspective of first registered hospital. The main risks were reduction of patients, decline of medical quality, increase of medical risk, decline of overall management level of the hospital, influence of science and education work. Therefore, it is sug- gested to improve management system, explore managerial mode of medical groups, perfect dual referral system, strengthen con- struction of personnel training system, give full play to the role of medical liability insurance.
