摘　　要：在我国鉴定人出庭率长期低下的情况下,面对出庭,鉴定人如何缓解情绪紧张;如何克服内行与外行就专业问题交流的障碍,对鉴定意见进行阐释,对错误的发问进行反驳;如何科学应对被质证证实的鉴定瑕疵和错误?诸如此类,涉及鉴定人出庭作证的技巧,关乎作证的效果。在鉴定人为控方作证的语境下,研究和掌握出庭作证技巧,提高出庭作证的能力水平,充分实现法庭对鉴定意见质证的功能,这是以审判为中心的背景下完善鉴定人出庭制度的内在要求。Abstract ： Under the condition of low rate ofexpert appraiserappearing in court in our country in the longtime, when in court, how does expertappraiser ease the emotional tension; how to overcome the obstacle between professionals and amateurs on professional problems, how to prove expert opinion, and refute the wrong questions; how to scien- tifically deal with the defects and errors confirmedby cross -examination identification. The above problems are all involved in the technique of testify, as well as its effect. In the context of identification for the prosecution, to study and master skills of testify, improve the level of the ability, fully realize the function of identify cross - examina- tionin court, which is the inherent requirement to improve the appraisersystem in courtunder the background of the trial being centered.
