急诊科心肌梗死抢救护理流程模式的改进及对hs-CRP、IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨心肌梗死患者实施改进抢救护理流程的效果,以及对hs-CRP、IL-6指标的影响。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年6月本院收治的心肌梗死患者72例,将其分成对照组和试验组,各36例。对照组采用常规抢救护理流程,试验组采用改进抢救护理流程,比较两组的急诊抢救时间、血清学指标(hs-CRP、IL-6)及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组抢救时间、溶栓或介入时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者hs-CRP、IL-6水平较治疗前均明显降低,且试验组指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的心动过缓、心律失常、房室传导阻滞发生率均低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:急诊心肌梗死患者实施改进抢救护理流程的效果突出,能缩短抢救时间、改善生化指标,减少并发症,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of patients with myocardial infarction in improving the rescue nursing process and the effect on hs-CRP and IL-6.Method： 72 cases of myocardial infarction from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital as the research objects, they were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 36 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine reseue nursing proeess and the experimental group adopted the improvement rescue nursing process, the emergency rescue time, the hematology index （hs-CRP, IL-6 ）and the complications of the two groups were compared.Result： The rescue time, thrombolysis or intervention time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment, and the index of experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically signifieant（ P〈0.05 ） .The bradycardia, arrhythmia,atrioventricular block of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, but the difference were no significant （ P〉0.05 ） .Conclusion： The effect of improving the rescue nursing process in emergency myocardial infarction patients can shorten the rescue time, improve the biochemical indexes and reduce the complications, and it is worth of popularizing.
