绿色通道急救模式在严重多发伤救治过程中的作用

摘　　要：目的:分析绿色通道急救模式在严重多发伤救治过程中的作用。方法:随机选择2012年3月-2014年3月本院收治并行传统急救模式救治的严重多发伤患者71例作为对照组,另选择2014年4月-2017年4月本院接收并行绿色通道急救模式救治的严重多发伤患者71例作为研究组,对比两组救治的效果。结果:研究组的急诊室滞留时间、平均检查时间、入院至手术时间、抢救成功率、平均住院天数、ADL评分、GCS评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绿色通道急救模式在严重多发伤救治过程中的作用显著,可推广。Objective： To analyze the role of green passage emergency model in the treatment of severe multiple injuries.Method： A total of 71 cases with severe multiple injuries treated by the traditional parallel mode from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were randomly selected as the control group, 71 cases with severe multiple trauma treated by green channel emergency mode treatment from April 2014 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study group, the treatment effect of two groups were compared.Result： The duration of stay in the emergency room, average inspection time, the time of admission to the operation, the success rate of rescue, the average length of stay and the scores of ADL and GCS of the study group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： The green channel emergency model plays an important role in the treatment of severe multiple injuries, can be popularized.
